By accessing or using Rigline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Rigline is a fishing data analytics platform that allows users to log catches, track fishing trips, record environmental conditions, and analyze their fishing data.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Rigline. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading catch information
• Use photos that are not your own
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app
• Upload inappropriate or offensive content

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of photos and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant Rigline a non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze your content to provide the service.

6. Data Accuracy

Rigline provides analytics based on the data you submit. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analytics, weather data, or recommendations derived from your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rigline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of catch data or analytics.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rigline, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the app, (b) your violation of these terms, (c) your violation of any rights of another party, or (d) any content you submit.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Rigline shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court, except you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
